With a mental health and wellbeing focus, Vivid’s services incorporate nature inspired mindful art-making to empowering people of all skill levels to explore their creative potential – a powerful resource for their mental health. Vivid offers face to face and online options, and art-based wellbeing sessions for community and corporate events.

About Vivid

Caroline

Hi, I'm Caroline,

I’m an artist, qualified art therapist and registered NDIS service provider.

I started Vivid in 2016 from a passion to share how art can support our mental wellbeing.

I don’t spend hours in a dedicated studio… I take moments and minutes each day to enhance life through creativity every day.

 

Over many years art and creativity have supported my sense of self, improved my confidence, and helped me explore and understand my feelings. My passion is to assist others to find out how their own creativity can bring them similar gifts.

 

As an art and diversional therapist I’ve worked in acute mental health, disability and community settings with a range of clients. My approach is ‘person centred’ where non-judgement, empathy and trust are key. I draw inspiration from wellness philosophies and practices including meditation, mindfulness and positive psychology.

I am based within Apollo bay and often run events for the local community.
